This center provided my grandma with very good service. She has been here for more than a year. Before, she was reluctant to talk to us, but after she moved here, she met some aunts of her age. Now she is very open to us and talks to us a lot.

It was the most difficult decision that I need to make in Aug 2016 because of my mum got older can’t let her stay alone at home and need to find better elderly home for her. Luckily I found Agileness first because of the location was good just in front of GH easier for me to bring mum for her regular follow up. Then, the environment set up was good which landed with space. After moved in, Miss Loh and the staffs were good to look after the elderly. My mum stayed there for 3 years plus till late 2019 when her situation is getting worse and I brought her home.

靠近植物园环境很好，卫生很干净没有异味/尿味。我妈妈住了十多年，老板娘和他的团队对老人都很专业很负责，有什么问题都会第一时间和我们沟通。我很放心。

My dad suffered a moderate stroke in December 2022 and moved into Agileness Home Care after being discharged from the hospital. During that stressful time, it was the year-end holidays, and out of 7–8 homes I called, Ms. Loh was the only one who answered. That kind of immediate care meant the world to me. Over the past four months, my dad has recovered well thanks to the dedicated and loving care from Ms. Loh and her team. The home is spotlessly clean and completely free of odour. The caregivers are well-trained, respectful, and closely supervised, and I’ve personally witnessed their gentle care when I stayed overnight—bathing, changing, and attending to my dad with patience and kindness. Every morning, residents do exercises under the caregivers’ guidance, and the meals are healthy and suitable. My dad recently started taking porridge after months of tube feeding, and he enjoys it. Ms. Loh also maintains strict but thoughtful rules, including regulated visiting hours and mask requirements, which make the environment safe and organized. In short, I am extremely happy with the care and environment at Agileness Home Care. Most importantly, my dad is happy too, and his mood and well-being have improved greatly.
